My approach to supervision is grounded in deep listening, compassion, and respect for the dignity of each person. These values are greatly shaped by my Christian faith and my commitment to reflective and ethical practice.

The space I offer to pause in is held by:

  • Is a professional relationship between supervisor and supervisee, offering a confidential space to pause and reflect on your work and practice. Through thoughtful conversation, we explore your experiences, notice patterns, and consider perspectives that support both your practice and wellbeing.

    Questions may arise from work experiences, the emotional impact of supporting others, moments of transition, or simply a desire to step back and gain a broader perspective.

    Rather than focusing on performance or problem-solving alone, reflective supervision invites curiosity, insight, and growth. It supports self-awareness, resilience, and ethical practice, while also providing space to acknowledge challenges, celebrate wins, and discern next steps.

    Supervision with me is relational and responsive. While the framework provides structure and safety, the work itself unfolds differently with each person, shaped by context, values, and what matters most to you.

  • Group supervision provides a shared reflective space where practitioners can learn alongside and from one another. Through respectful dialogue and attentive listening, participants explore experiences from their work while benefiting from the wisdom and perspectives of others.

  • Team Development Workshops offer organisations the opportunity to pause and reflect on the way they work together. Workshops support teams to strengthen communication, deepen understanding of their shared work, reduce conflict, recognising each other’s strengths and gifts along with cultivating practices that sustain both individuals and the wider team.

    Workshops are shaped collaboratively to respond to the needs and context of each team.

  • These workshops give participants an opportunity to reflect on their practice through using various models of reflection. Participants are given time to notice patterns within their practice, gain insight into themselves and their professional roles and be supported both professionally and personally.
